We want you to be uber confident in your surfboard purchase from us. So, we're putting our money where our mouth is. If you don't like it, we'll buy it back. This way you get to make sure that this surfboard is the one you've been looking all over the internet for.

We've all been there...

You pick up a new stick from your local shop, take it out to lay down some fresh lines, and it's just doesn't perform like you'd hoped. Either it's the wrong size, or maybe you just got the wrong shape for what you were planning on doing with it.

The unfortunate thing is that in the traditional surf shop environment, once you take it out and surf it... it's yours bro... double-stamp no erasies.

This leaves you either with a board that sits in your garage and collects dust, or you're forced to try and unload it with that guy Craig and his list. Either way it's annoying and a hassle. Here at Degree33 we believe that you should be stoked on your new ride or we don't want you to keep it.

So, even though we can't guarantee that buying a board from us will instantly make you a pro surfer... we can guarantee you'll LOVE the board you get from us OR... we'll buy it back from you.

Here's how it works...

Buy any Degree 33 surfboard off our website and ride it for up to 33 days. If during those 33 days it's not the perfect board for you, all you need to do is scrape the wax off, package it up like it was when you got it, get it back to us, and we will give you full retail credit towards any other surfboard in our warehouse.

Fair Enough?


You will have 33 days from the date of shipping/pickup to take your new board out and see how it performs. If during those 33 days you decide that its not the right board here's what you need to do-

  1. Call us before the 33 days are up - Tell us why that's not the right board for you
  2. Make sure there is zero damage to the board - The board must be in like new condition with wax removed (pressure dents from feet are ok)
  3. Get the board back to our warehouse - If you're local, all you will need to do is set up an appointment and bring it back to the warehouse for inspection. If you're long distance, you will need to box it back up, make sure it is packed as well as when it arrived, and send it back to us
  4. Pick a new board out - Once we have the board back at the warehouse you can pick out a new board

Exceptions and limitations -

  1. If the board is damaged in any way the guarantee is void
  2. This is not a money back guarantee, however, credit can be used for any other merchandise Degree 33 sells
  3. 33 day guarantee does not apply to the second board in which the second board was a replacement fulfilling the 33 day guarantee
  4. Return and replacement shipping cost is the customers responsibility.
  5. Credit amount will be the total paid at time of purchase less any accessories and applicable shipping
  6. Only applies to stock Degree33 boards
