The epoxy funboard is a performance mini-longboard designed to paddle easily and make quick turns, while maintaining the stability of a longboard.
Designed as kind of a combo between a longboard and a shortboard, the funboard is a tighter turning wave monster. Because of the wide full nose, this funboard paddles great and planes fast for quick drops and easy take offs. BUT, because the lengths on these boards is in the 6's & 7's, the handling is phenomenal, allowing you to have the very rare combination of stability and shred-ability. :-)
Epoxy construction gives you a strong platform that is ding resistant, while staying lighter than your traditional construction, keeping you floating great and paddling fast.
Thruster fin setup gives you classic turning and performance. The "Stepping Stone" has V concave bottom allows you to not only turn great, but it will make those smaller days a breeze to stand up (see video on product page). The "Lily Pad's" combo bottom concaves (look at pics on product page) gives you great speed down the line and keeps your rail to rail transitions wicked quick. This means you'll not only be rockin' the turns when there's some push, but it will make those smaller days a breeze to shred too.
