Buying a new surfboard is an exciting thing and to add a little bit of confidence to your purchase we have the following return and refund policies.

To qualify for a refund the item must be -
  1. Unused. Used items will not be accepted for refund.
  2. Returned in original packaging and box.
  3. You must call in and get a Return Authorization Number and the number must be printed on the outside of the box.
If you meet all 3 of the above criteria we will gladly refund your money paid less the shipping cost and re-stock fee.

All returns shipped COD will be refused.

I purchased a 5'8" fish surfboard from you yesterday. This morning the surf looked a bit mushy but I paddled out anyways for what turned out to be a very fun session. The surfboard worked better than I had hoped. Thank you so much!
