1. We had a surfboard distributor on the east coast go out of business. They wanted to liquidate all their surfboards and just leave the business, so what we offered them was a manufacturer-buy-back.

This means that we offered them pennies on the dollar to buy back their surfboards from them. So we got a whole bunch of surfboards at a just rediculouly low price.

The best part about that is you still get high quality surfboards, but because we bought them so cheap, you get to buy the surfboards super cheap also.
