NexGen epoxy surfboards are 11% lighter than our regular epoxy board, and use a higher quality fiberglass and resin. This clear epoxy resin gives it the look of a traditional glass board, but provides more strength and durability than glass,  increasing the life of the board dramatically.

Here's the major benefit though, NexGen flex characteristics are similar to a traditional fiberglass board. Unlike standard epoxy, which is stiff and does not flex well,  this NexGen epoxy resin has an "elastic strength" characteristic that provides more "give" under your feet.
