The "Whip It" is a ripper of a shortboard. If you want to be able to slash in any surf conditions regardless of whether it's 2 foot knee high mush or double overhead bombs the "Whip It" is the most versatile shortboard... maybe ever!

This surfboard starts with the base of all our shortboards, NexGen Epoxy. Super light, strong, with great flex characteristics. We then shaped it a little wider and a little thicker than most shortboards to make this board surf great in smaller mushy conditions.

The bottom concave is a pretty standard single to double concave making it track, paddle, and maneuver predictably. The rails are thinned out a bit to maintain a good amount of bite with a "hip" right in front of the forward fins to create an awesome pivot point. This really makes the boards transitions from rail to rail smooth and yet keeps the board really loose with that hip.

We finish the board off with a wider than normal squash tail to keep in line with our small wave badge and maintain maneuverability... but don't get me wrong, this board will definitely handle overhead surf. However, if it gets really bowly and hollow better to go with our "Rapid Fire".

This board is perfect for the intermediate to advanced surfer. The "Whip It" make a perfect first time shortboard because it has a great sweet spot and lots of forgiveness. The perfect all purpose shortboard.
