He’s a super quick peek of Bill shaping a new board for us. If we like this one we may introduce it in the fall. We are looking to make an improvement to our board line up and this one we are hoping fits the one-stick-quiver theory. You know, if you could only have one board and you wanted it to surf any condition… Could make a great travel board. We’ll see… it heads to the glass shop tomorrow. We’ll keep ya posted. Oh yeah, you can tell by the videos that we are filming the build of this one. Can’t wait to see the video when they are done.

When you’re learning to surf, picking the right surfboard is crucial. I know that in the beginning you can’t tell the difference between all the different shapes. You can tell that some are long and some are short. You can tell that some are pointed and some are more round. We had a guy come and buy a board from us the other day and he told us an interesting but sad story.
He had just the week before bought a board from another retailer, took the board out, surfed it, and didn’t like the way it rode at all. When he tried to take it back to them to exchange it they said, “Sorry we cant take back used boards.” So instead of buying another board from them, he gave them the finger (his words not mine) and came and bought a board from us.
