Degree33 has partnered with local San Diego shaper Bill Minard to bring you custom shapes built specifically for you. Bill has been shaping surfboards in San Diego for almost 40 years and has been a ghost shaper for many big name labels like Gordon & Smith and Donald Takayama. Whether you want to take one of our shapes and tweak it, or have that special magic stick you've been dying to create, we can get you dialed in and out in the water fast.
To give you an idea of time frames plan on 3 - 4 weeks (rush services available), and as far as costs go, depending on what you're looking to create and the features of it, you're looking at about $200 more than our published retail rates for a classic poly custom (custom boards can only be built in classic poly).
